🌿 Vegan Gluten-Free Sugar Cookie Mix

Soft, sweet, and completely dairy- and egg-free — perfect for everyone to enjoy!

Bake deliciously soft, buttery-style cookies without any dairy or eggs using our Vegan Gluten-Free Sugar Cookie Mix. Made with the same care and attention as our classic blend, this mix delivers the perfect balance of flavour and texture — ideal for rolling, cutting, and decorating for any occasion.

Crafted in small batches by Stephanie H. of Albert’s Baking Co., it’s the easiest way to make plant-based baking simple and delicious. We recommend using Melt® Vegan Butter for best results.

You’ll need:
🍏 2 ½ Tbsp (35 g) applesauce
🧈 ½ cup vegan butter (room temperature, cubed)
🍦 1 tsp vanilla (or your favourite extract)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Add mix to a bowl and use a paddle attachment or mix by hand.
3. Blend in vegan butter until the texture looks sandy.
4. Add applesauce and vanilla; mix until a soft dough forms.
5. Roll to ¼ inch thick (use icing sugar or parchment to prevent sticking).
6. Cut into shapes and bake on a parchment-lined tray for 12–14 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
7. Cool on the tray for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack.

Store in an airtight container for up to 7–10 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
Makes approximately 12+ cookies.
